Recently purchased a new powered recliner from here and had a great experience. Cass was the store associate, and she was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about each type of chair, the options available, the fabrics, etc. Upon purchase, we received a nice gift from Lazyboy. Delivery was free, I could pick the date, and the delivery team was efficient and set everything up for me. Overall, a really fantastic experience. We had shopped 4 other local furniture stores earlier that day - but the experience here was top-notch. Highly recommend.

Stephanie greeted us immediately after we entered the store. We discussed what we were looking for and she showed us several options. She was polite, professional, friendly and had a good working knowledge of her products. She made it easy for us to arrive at a decision and then later, she guided us through the ordering process. We were impressed with her and the entire La-Z-Boy shopping experience.

The service at the Torrance La-Z-Boy Store is great. You're greeted upon entering, asked if you need help, AND importantly allowed to browse without being stalked. I recently purchased 2 sofas from them; one a recliner and the other a sleeper sofa. I have issues with some of the wood being left exposed on the sleeper. I didn't discover it until after delivery. I went back to the store and the associate and I checked all the other sleeps and found that on some the exposed wood had been fully covered, on others partially covered, and on others left exposed. She checked with her manager and neither knew why this was the case. The manager is sending pictures to the mfg and will contact me. The exposed wood cheapens the look of an otherwise quality product.

I was pleasantly surprised. After making a call to the Torrance La z Boy, Stephanie listened my request and had picked out a recliner for me to look at. I looked around the store at other models. But I came back to Stephanie first choice and purchased it Thank you Harry M Williams

Our salesman Sanjay was very helpful and not overbearing. He got us a price we were happy with, and free delivery. Lead time was accurate. The delivery was right on time as promised, and set up was fast and efficient. Delivery crew was awesome. The couch is working great so far, we couldn’t be happier.

Very good service. Delivery was great. Delivery staff were quick and put together the sofa and recliner quick. They were done with everything in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend.

Lazy Boy never disappoints. I have always been a fan of their products and their customer service. I bought a fabulous recliner that was delivered and put together in my own home. They have an amazing array of materials and well versed people who can assist you find the right fit for your home and your style. Stephanie was great to work with.

I love La-Z-Boy furniture and I wanted to get another one because my other two that I gave to my son are 15 years old and still worked great! My sales rep was Sanjay . He was very nice and super helpful and he sent me a Christmas card too with his phone number. In case I had any questions I ended up getting two Jay Wall hugger chairs I love them💕💕💕

We had a great experience at Lazy Boy. It was no pressure and Catherine was very patient as we sat in many different styles and fabrics. We were there for more than 2 hours initially and they included for free an in home assessment and decorating consultation. They measured our living room and took photos so we could see our options in our actual space. It was a nice extra bonus. We are excited to replace our 24 year old lazy boy couch and loveseat that has held up very well and we have been happy with them but it is time for a refresh.

What a great experience. Easy going sales person that help us with questions then let us look around and shop without any pressure. Once we chose out piece she quickly gave us additional options and wrote the ticket. It was quick and easy. Once the delivery day came the guys were very professional and completely set up the couch and tested all the features, cleaned up and we gave them a tip and they were so appreciative.
